Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Proven track record owning strategy and delivery for a product area or portfolio that spans multiple teams
  • Fluency with AI-native product workflows, including rapid prototyping
  • Product discovery, prioritization, product-strategy, and measurement (KPI) skills
  • Business and financial acumen, including building business cases and financial models to present to executives
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience mentoring and growing other PMs
  • Strong customer focus and sound product judgment
  • Direct experience in vehicle inspection, vehicle conditioning, or the automotive industry
  • Go-to-market and release planning experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building platform or API products that other teams build on
  • Experience with field-operations, mobile, or data-capture products
  • Experience with products where data accuracy or trust is mission-critical, such as trust and safety, fraud, or quality
  • Experience with condition-data or computer-vision/ML-powered products
  • Technical depth, such as prior software engineering experience, fluency querying data with SQL, and comfort reading and reasoning about code.

Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for the inspection platform, aligning the products and teams within it behind shared goals and keeping everyone focused on the highest-value work.
  • Partner with finance and executives to build the business cases and product targets that feed the annual operating plan, forecasting the impact of major bets across the portfolio and executing against those targets to drive growth.
  • Drive discovery for new inspection capabilities and markets, and make the build, buy, or partner calls that decide where the platform invests.
  • Set the standard for product craft in your area, defining how the team does AI-native full-stack work, prototype-led discovery, and analytical rigor. Own the AI adoption strategy and responsible-use guidelines, and build reusable AI skills and tools that speed up work across teams.
  • Identify and head off strategic risks across the portfolio, and partner with data-platform teams to close the data gaps that slow PM self-service.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for major launches that span multiple teams, defining success criteria and coordinating launch sequencing across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on multi-team initiatives, building relationships with leaders in adjacent functions like FP&A, legal, and corporate development to unlock opportunities and reduce friction.
  • Reorient multi-team initiatives when the market, data, or AI capabilities shift, and evolve the processes and decision frameworks that help teams move faster.
  • Mentor and sponsor PMs across multiple teams, help attract and grow senior product talent, and lead knowledge-sharing across the product org.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
