Staff Product Manager - Client Platform

Worldscape Technology Inc.Redmond, WA
$140,000 - $190,000Onsite

About The Position

Worldscape is a cutting-edge platform designed to unify distributed data, sensors, and intelligent agents across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments. By combining geospatial intelligence, physics-based 3D simulation, and reward-driven AI, Worldscape enables organizations to build immersive digital twins for predictive modeling, scenario planning, and adaptive decision-making. With a zero-trust security framework, seamless integration with legacy systems, and robust developer tools, Worldscape empowers rapid deployment of agentic applications that drive resilience and efficiency in sectors like logistics, telecom, defense, and infrastructure. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of a next generation game client platform. This role focuses on transforming traditionally hand coded multiplayer client capabilities into a flexible, autogenerated, platformized solution that game developers can seamlessly integrate with the Worldscape backend and its scenario driven simulation stack. The ideal candidate combines product leadership, technical depth in multiplayer game development, an understanding of game engine ecosystems, and a passion for building tooling that removes friction for developers. You will partner closely with product, studio, and customer success engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and reliable, predictable delivery for our customers. This is an on-site role located in Redmond, WA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in game development, networked systems, or multiplayer game platforms.
  • Strong understanding of multiplayer game client architectures—entity systems, state synchronization, prediction, rollback, and game loops.
  • Experience working with or building systems for major game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical workflows into simplified platform abstractions.
  • Proven success driving cross-team initiatives and delivering developer-facing platforms or SDKs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with game content management pipeline/production.
  • Experience with auto-generation tools, metadata-driven architectures, or low-code/no-code systems.
  • Familiarity with simulation backends, ECS (Entity Component System) design patterns, or gameplay authoring tools.
  • Experience using LLMs and low/no code techniques to generate structured client logic (schemas, actions, entities) with validation/guardrails, TypeScript/Python for tooling, and developer productivity stacks (GitHub/Jira/Azure DevOps/Figma/analytics).

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary interface between customer needs and engineering at Worldscape. Championing early customer adoption by working directly with customers and customer success engineering.
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision for a platformized networked game client that reduces or eliminates the need for custom coding. Translate game developer workflows into generalized platform abstractions that support auto-generated client behaviors and logic.
  • Drive adoption: Have clear adoption metrics for customer satisfaction, feature adoption rate, have a process to quickly identify and resolve friction points for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including core engineering, studio engineering, and customer success to convert real-world challenges into actionable product requirements.
  • Influence platform evolution by contributing to low-code/no-code capabilities and innovative AI-driven features.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • Attractive benefits package
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
  • HSA health insurance options
  • 401k plan
  • Basic and Voluntary Life Insurance
