Staff Product Manager, AI Infrastructure (Storage)

CrusoeSunnyvale, CA
$200,000 - $240,000

About The Position

Crusoe is building the infrastructure layer that powers the most demanding AI workloads on the planet. Our storage stack is what keeps tens of thousands of GPUs fed with data, whether that means block volumes for fast bootups, a shared file system for a training cluster, or the object storage tier a physical AI customer depends on. As a Staff Product Manager on our Cloud Infrastructure team, you will own the storage product roadmap and shape how customers experience capacity, durability, and ease of use. This is a customer-obsessed role. You will spend real time with the engineers and infrastructure teams building on Crusoe Cloud, understand what is slowing them down or holding them back, and translate that into a product strategy that wins more of our business. You will work closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Software Engineering, SRE, Finance, and our executive team to turn customer insight into a storage platform that is easier to build on and better matched to how our customers actually use it.

  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Experience building and launching storage products, such as block volumes, file-systems, or object storage.
  • Proven ability to define and scope ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, finance, and executive teams.
