This position is for a Staff Product Engineer to support product development of microwave and communication products within our RF Systems strategy under Aerospace Defense and Communication Group Business Unit.

Requirements

Master's or PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles and concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab.
Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits

Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plus
Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of advanced RF/microwave IC products from concept to launch
Drive innovation in product development processes and testing methodologies
Provide technical leadership on major projects
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Influence product strategy and roadmaps
Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements.
Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides.
Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
