About The Position

We're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to lead the build-out of a HubSpot integration that connects our CRM to our core business platform. This role will create the sync layer that powers day-to-day operations and serves as the foundation for a growing family of internal integrations. The engineer will be the lead on this project from day one, taking a code-complete Phase 1 (HubSpot Company → platform sync) safely to production, and then architecting a configurable, bidirectional sync platform. This role involves working directly with the Product Manager and RevOps stakeholders, while leading a small engineering pod through a Q3/Q4 delivery roadmap.

• Integrations: HubSpot API (webhooks + REST), Stripe, and a growing internal-tools surface (ClickUp next)
• Hosting & Testing: Vercel, AWS

• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• AI / LLM Tooling: Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, CodeRabbit, Glean, Codex

Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of a HubSpot integration connecting CRM to the core business platform.
• Create the sync layer powering day-to-day operations and serving as the foundation for internal integrations.
• Take Phase 1 (HubSpot Company → platform sync) safely to production.
• Architect a configurable, bidirectional sync platform.
• Work directly with the Product Manager and RevOps stakeholders.
• Lead a small engineering pod (targeting one staff, one mid-level, and one junior engineer) through a Q3/Q4 delivery roadmap.
