About The Position

The opportunity Adobe Design team is looking for a Staff Product Designer to build AI-native and collaborative strategic ideation experiences. This role is part of a team that is shaping how enterprise marketing teams ideate and plan for campaigns using unstructured and structured data and insights from various sources, collaboratively on complex marketing planning. This is a senior position with strong product sense, solid understanding of enterprise platforms, and ability to influence in highly cross‑functional environments. You are action-oriented and results-driven, moving efficiently from strategy to concept to execution, grounding decisions in both qualitative and quantitative insights, and iterating quickly to improve impact.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree and 8+ years of equivalent experience in product design, with a proven track record of success delivering designs that meet user and business needs.
  • Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or other AI-powered design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive close collaboration and alignment between design, product management, and engineering.
  • Creative and analytical skills to facilitate research, synthesize, and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
