About The Position

Bring coherence to a complex platform and shape where it's heading! As a Staff Product Designer, you'll shape experience direction across our AI-powered relevance platform, anchored in our administration surfaces, with influence that reaches the full product. Working alongside Product, Engineering, and Design leaders, you'll drive alignment across complex, fragmented spaces while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on craft and mentoring other designers and raising the bar for quality across teams. Here, design shapes what gets built, not just how screens look, connecting workflows and shared capabilities into a seamless, integrated platform. You'll do that as part of a growing design team that values autonomy, collaboration, systems thinking, and user-centered product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years designing complex digital products and systems, across the full lifecycle from defining the right problem to learning from what ships.
• You engage customers directly through research and strategic conversations, and you're up for travel up to 10% for discovery and workshops.
• Strong systems-thinking skills with a proven ability to create alignment across complex product ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to influence strategy, priorities, and roadmap decisions.
• Proven ability to combine strategic leadership, mentorship, and hands-on execution while leveraging AI-powered design tools.

Nice To Haves

• A portfolio and case studies demonstrating how you’ve shaped experience direction across multiple teams or initiatives while delivering measurable customer and business impact.
• Experience contributing to and evolving design systems at scale, including improving cross-product consistency, reducing UX debt, and establishing scalable patterns and principles that enable teams to move faster with higher quality.
• Experience designing accessible, inclusive interfaces, including applying WCAG conformance criteria to comps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to bring clarity to ambiguous, complex problems, making and defending decisions with research, data, and product thinking, and aligning teams on what matters most.
• Lead discovery: customer research, workshops, journey mapping, and strategic explorations that shape the roadmap.
• Take work from concept to shipped, creating the frameworks, prototypes, and scalable interaction patterns that carry teams along the way.
• Connect work across teams and surfaces, reducing UX fragmentation and debt through clearer experience principles and stronger systems thinking.
• Fold AI and LLM tools into discovery, ideation, prototyping, and cross-functional workflows.
• Mentor intermediate and senior designers, elevating quality through critique and strategic guidance.
