About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a night anesthesiologist physician to join our team just outside of Boston in Cambridge, Massachusetts, within the Cambridge Health Alliance System. This position offers a flexible schedule with options for in-house shifts or alternating in-house and evening shifts, as long as all shifts are covered. The role provides autonomy for night physician colleagues covering evenings and weekends. TeamHealth's anesthesiology services focus on building stronger teams to improve operating room efficiency, deliver exceptional patient care, and support partner success through LEAN-certified processes and evidence-based best practices.

Responsibilities
- Provide night anesthesia coverage
- Work in-house shifts (9pm to 7am)
- Work evening shifts (3pm to 9pm)
- Collaborate with other night physician colleagues for coverage during evenings and weekends
