About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time emergency medicine physician to join our team and provide coverage between North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a unique opportunity to practice in two established emergency departments within the Northern Colorado community. Physicians will enjoy a mix of higher-acuity EM at a level II trauma center and a community-based ED, providing variety throughout their practice.

Requirements

• Full-time position
• 120 clinical hours per month
• 1099 independent contractor
• Experience in emergency medicine.
• Ability to practice in both higher-acuity and community-based ED settings.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Experience in a community hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at North Colorado Medical Center (Greeley) and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center (Fort Collins).
• Work in a 42-bed emergency department at North Colorado Medical Center with approximately 43,000 annual ED visits, serving as a Level II Trauma Center.
• Work in a 10-bed ED at Banner Fort Collins Medical Center with approximately 11,000 annual ED visits.
• Collaborate with physician and APC teams.
• Utilize Cerner EMR system.
