About The Position

AuBurn Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist for its closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Olathe, Kansas. The pharmacy serves local nursing homes, group homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and similar organizations. The pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide clinical leadership, and help ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care for long-term care residents. The position is part of a team of more than 10 pharmacists and offers an opportunity to help shape the pharmacy as it grows. The pharmacy provides services including immunization clinics, assisted cycle fill, eMAR integration, sterile and non-sterile compounding, multiple packaging options, and two forms of automation. The role is suited to a detail-oriented, hardworking, customer-focused team player who is comfortable multitasking and providing management and supervisory support. The schedule is typically 8-hour shifts, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with additional hours available if desired. Flexible scheduling is available. Rotating on-call and weekend shifts are required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in long-term care pharmacy.
Experience with QS1 software.
Candidates without long-term care or QS1 experience may be considered and trained.
