About The Position

AuBurn Pharmacy Long Term Care is seeking motivated and experienced Full Time Staff Pharmacists to join their team in Olathe, KS. The Staff Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to long-term care residents. AuBurn Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy that services local nursing homes, group homes, and similar facilities. They are committed to quality care and personalized service, aiming to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall healthcare experience. This is a fast-paced environment requiring high attention to detail and work ethic. Flexible scheduling is available, with options for 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts. Rotating on-call and weekend shifts are required. Ideal candidates will be dedicated to leading the pharmacy into the future and be involved in the community. The pharmacy focuses on all aspects of closed-door pharmacy operations, including immunization clinics, assisted cycle fill, eMAR integration, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and offers various packaging options with two forms of automation. This position requires someone who is outgoing, assertive, great at multitasking, customer-focused, and detail-oriented with excellent management and supervisory skills.
