About The Position

Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time) We are seeking motivated and experienced Full Time Staff Pharmacists to join our team at AuBurn Pharmacy Long Term Care. As Staff Pharmacist, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to our long-term care residents. Our closed-door pharmacy, located in Olathe, KS, services local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities. With a commitment to quality care and personalized service, we are passionate about improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience. This is a very fast paced environment, requiring someone with high attention to detail and work ethic. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING AVAILABLE. 8-10 HOUR SHIFTS, 40-50 HOURS WEEKLY WITHIN THE HOURS OF 8AM-7PM OR 2PM-10PM. WITH ROTATING ON-CALL AND WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED. Ideal candidates should be dedicated to help lead our pharmacy into the future and be involved in the community. We focus on all aspects of a closed-door pharmacy including immunization clinics, assisted cycle fill, eMAR integration, sterile and non-sterile compounding and offer several types of packaging with two forms of automation. This position requires someone who is outgoing, assertive, great at multitasking, customer focused, and detail oriented with excellent management and supervisory skills.
