About The Position

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will provide patient care and use your clinical knowledge to work at the top of your license. The hourly wage range is $47.12–$82.69, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or a state pharmacy association-sponsored program.
Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices.
Ability to foster relationships with customers and partners.
Adaptability to patient needs and a variety of medical concerns.
Enthusiasm for participating in community activities, outreach, and events.
Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
Counsel customers about healthcare and prescription medication needs.
Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Model and guide pharmacy staff in appropriate customer service approaches.
