Staff Pharmacist
About The Position
Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to provide direct patient care and wellness services in a progressive, fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. The pharmacist contributes to disease state management, optimizes medication therapy, delivers patient-centered care, and assists with managing acute and chronic conditions. The role involves building meaningful relationships with patients and serving the community. The Staff Pharmacist supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns; supports operational excellence; and helps ensure a safe, compliant environment. The position also contributes to company cultural initiatives. Applicants should be able to work a variety of schedules. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
- Certified Immunizer required.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules.
