Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist Float for a community focused outpatient pharmacy environment. This role provides flexibility across multiple locations while maintaining strong team collaboration and operational involvement. POSITION OVERVIEW The Staff Pharmacist Float provides direct patient care and supports pharmacy operations across multiple KVHC locations. This role works closely with the Pharmacy Director, oversees medication management processes, guides pharmacy technicians, and ensures continuity of care across sites.
Requirements
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Maine
- PharmD or Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous pharmacy experience in healthcare, retail, or specialty preferred
- Ability to work across multiple locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient facing pharmacy services across multiple locations
- Oversee medication dispensing and safety protocols
- Guide and support pharmacy technicians
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams
- Support pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency
