About The Position

Join a high-performing emergency medicine team in one of Florida's most desirable coastal regions. A rare opportunity is available for an experienced EM nurse practitioner or physician assistant to become part of a growing team serving two established Tenet Healthcare emergency departments: St. Mary's Medical Center and Delray Medical Center. This position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in fast-paced emergency departments alongside collaborative physician and APC colleagues while caring for a diverse patient population across a broad spectrum of acuity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience as an advanced practice clinician
• Active Florida NP or PA license
• Current DEA registration
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment, procedural competence, and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your license in fast-paced emergency departments.
• Care for a diverse patient population across a broad spectrum of acuity.
• Work alongside collaborative physician and APC colleagues.
