Your Mission As an AI Outbound Product Manager, you're the strategic force that shapes product direction, empowers internal teams, and wins over customers. You'll partner directly with early adopter pods to curate best in class knowhow, channeling the voice of the customer to drive implementation evolution through hands-on engagement. This is where you make your mark: Building world-class enablement and customer lifecycle experiences that set the standard for next-gen AI Platform Product excellence. Your technical expertise, passion for enablement, and deep ServiceNow platform knowledge will be essential as you work closely with downstream stakeholders to unlock ServiceNow's full potential and connecting teams to the AI capabilities that will transform how they work. Requirements

  • Battle-Tested Experience: 8+ years as a Product Manager, Program Manager, Product Owner, Consultant, or Analyst at a software product company. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Cross-Functional Powerhouse: You thrive in collaboration, craft executive-ready communications, and orchestrate project plans that deliver.
  • Service Management Mastery: Expertise in ITSM/HRSD/CSM/GBS, with the agility to rapidly absorb new technical concepts.
  • Customer Experience Visionary: You understand the customer journey landscape, the tools that shape it, and what it takes to build an AI-first culture.
  • AI Fluency: Solid grasp of AI fundamentals, with hands-on knowledge of GenAI and LLMs.
  • Strategic Pragmatist: You balance ambition with reality, weighing technical feasibility against strategic impact to make decisions that move the needle.
  • Communication Pro: Equally comfortable commanding a room of hundreds or connecting one-on-one with customers.
  • Fast Learner, Big Thinker: You think strategically, adapt quickly, and communicate with clarity and impact.
  • Team Player: You don't just work well with others, you thrive in highly collaborative environments.
