Staff Nurse RN/LPN (32 hrs/nights)
About The Position
The Boston Home is an active, innovative long-term care community for adults with multiple sclerosis and other advanced neurological disorders. Our 96-bed community serves a younger and more stable population, with residents often joining in mid-life and residing for 20+ years. This role offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the residents. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, including appropriate direction and oversight to CNAs to ensure care aligns with individual care plans and TBH quality standards. This role also involves coordinating care delivery with other team members.
Requirements
- Valid state nursing license.
- Long-term care experience.
- RN preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care to the residents of The Boston Home.
- Providing appropriate direction and oversight to CNAs to assure that resident care is provided according to the individual care plan and that it meets TBH quality standards.
- Coordinating the delivery of care by other team members.
