About The Position
As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN at Community First Solutions, you will work side-by-side with caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You will also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.
