About The Position
Brigham and Women’s Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for their Intermediate Float Pool. This role involves providing care for patients within the float pool and working collaboratively to ensure excellent patient and family care in the safest environment. The nursing staff at Brigham and Women’s Hospital are known for their excellent clinical practice and patient-centered approach, understanding that great care is built on deep relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- For newly licensed nurses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
- Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
Nice To Haves
- Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
