About The Position
Community First Solutions is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN/RN) for a full-time night shift position. The nursing team at Community First Solutions takes a resident-first approach, ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN, you will work side-by-side with caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You will also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork.
