About The Position

This is a 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period) position for a Staff Nurse RN in the Rheumatology Clinic. The role involves providing and coordinating nursing care within the Hennepin Healthcare System Relationship-Based Care practice model. The nurse will focus on protecting and promoting wellness, optimizing health, triaging patients, alleviating suffering, partnering with patients and their families, documenting care, educating patients on disease processes and preventative care, and ensuring continuity of care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota

Nice To Haves

• Rheumatology experience preferred
• Certification in area of clinical specialty
• BSN Preferred. Bachelor of Nursing degree is strongly encouraged. Advancement in academic education will be discussed as part of individual professional development during the annual performance review.
