About The Position

The Center for Addiction Treatment is seeking a Staff Nurse - PRN to join their team. This role participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within the agency's objectives, standards, and policies. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments during the admission process to assist in the plan of care and identify the appropriate level of care based on drug and medical history. The nurse will also conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of Withdrawal Management and Residential patients to determine individualized nursing treatment plans and interventions.

Requirements

• LPN/RN with a current license in the State of Ohio
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care within the objectives, standards and policies of the agency, department and parameters of his/her identified scope of nursing practice.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments on all patients during the admission process to assist in the plan of care.
• Identify appropriate Level of care based on their drug and medical history.
• Ongoing assessments and evaluations on Withdrawal Management and Residential patients to determine individualized nursing treatment plans and interventions.
