About The Position

This role is for a Medical/Pediatric Nurse who will collect pertinent data and information relative to patient health or situation, analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses, problems or issues, and identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient. The nurse will develop a plan of care that includes interventions to attain expected measurable outcomes, implement the individualized patient plan of care, and evaluate progress toward attainment of patient goals and outcomes. The position operates within a professional structural model of shared governance, emphasizing partnership, equity, accountability, and ownership to support excellent patient care.
