About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a talented level 3 Network Engineer with a Secret clearance to work from their Colorado Springs, CO location. This is a mid-career role (level 3) requiring typically 3+ years of professional experience and a BS degree. The role is crucial for leading network design, engineering, troubleshooting, and maintaining the highest standards of information security. The ideal candidate will have an excellent background in networking and be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Engineering.
Strong technical skills in system testing, vulnerability analysis, and reporting.
Proven ability to implement patches, updates, and upgrades to improve system/network security.
Strong understanding of IT, accessibility, and security standards.
Proven track record in network monitoring and maintenance, with tangible results in reducing network/system failures.
Security + certification.
US Citizenship Required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
