Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Staff Marketing Designer with a strong background in digital and web experience to help shape and evolve our brand across every touchpoint. From high-impact marketing campaigns to seamless digital experiences, you’ll partner with marketing to bring our brand to life in ways that inspire, inform, and delight. You're equally at home designing a pixel-perfect web experience as you are crafting a sales deck or brand asset — and you know how to flex between the two without missing a beat. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a web designer, interactive designer, or brand designer (ideally at a Saas start-up)
  • Deep experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficient in interactive prototyping, wireframing and storyboarding
  • A refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both web/interactive design and brand design work across a range of formats
  • Strategic thinker who can turn business needs into smart, brand-forward design
  • Familiarity with performance design and working alongside growth or web teams

Nice To Haves

  • experience with motion design, 3D or CSS

Responsibilities

  • Showcase a deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and more.
  • Maintain a strong sense of storytelling across a variety of marketing and sales assets, including responsive websites, integrated campaigns, high-stakes pitch decks, editorial print production, and more.
  • Collaborate with web developers, 3D artists, motion designers, graphic designers, copywriters, sound designers and stakeholders on delivering high quality designs and bring ideas to life.
  • Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
