About The Position
Development and execution of alignment programs Develop and complete alignment programs with TPM core teams and task force teams across the network to drive BKM alignment and network standardization to improve efficiency and performance in each of the Pillars. Work closely with CPEE counterparts to define technical path to closure (aligned direction), and channel improvements and lessons learned into global area forums to decide on standards for deployment, implementation, and audit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as Process or Equipment Owner in CMP or Photo Areas
- Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience in the relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Process and Equipment perspective
- Area content knowledge with experience of area methods, systems, tools
- Willing and capable of international travel, as needed
- Ability to lead and coordinate area teams within their site desired
