About The Position

The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is a customer-focused innovation group that develops intelligent software and smart user experiences using advanced technologies. Its dual mission is to build and evolve the AI platform while partnering with teams to create products and end-to-end AI-powered work experiences, and to research and de-risk technologies that enable future experiences.

In this role, you will build AI and machine learning solutions that improve user experience and enterprise workflow efficiency. The work aims to make AI/ML solutions usable by enterprise service users regardless of their technical knowledge, while supporting thoughtful, scalable operations. You will help develop and deliver solutions for ServiceNow's enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Expertise in Java or Python, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and time- and space-efficient algorithms.
• Experience building new products that leverage challenging, high-performance algorithms.
• Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, modularized, high-quality software.
• Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
• Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.

Responsibilities

• Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions for intelligent enterprise services.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to produce quality software.
• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements.
• Own code from design and implementation through testing and delivery of high-quality solutions.
