About The Position

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to provide support to the product/project office for full life cycle management, through development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment, applying Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes involving life cycle logistics. The role involves analyzing Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Life Cycle Logistics management of assigned programs within the Joint Program Manager Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (JPM CBRN) Integrated Early Warning (IEW) portfolio. The candidate will develop, review, analyze, prepare, and/or update studies, analyses, and program documentation in various logistics areas. They will monitor product supportability requirements, assist in milestone planning and reviews, and interface with stakeholders to resolve complex logistics issues. The position also requires providing coordination and support at meetings, participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and reviews, and assisting with acquisition documentation. Responsibilities include updating program information, developing sustainment plans, managing contractor deliverables, supporting technical manual verification, coordinating fielding activities, managing property, performing cataloging, and utilizing various property accountability systems. The role may also involve operating government-owned vehicles and forklifts, and using the Microsoft Suite of applications.

Requirements

  • Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) experience.
  • Equipment and instruction training (e.g. operator and maintenance experience or certifications). Equipment training will be required based on the product technical manuals and original manufacturer manuals.
  • Acquisition Logistics experience.
  • DAU experience of foundational or the equivalent of two (2) years of acquisition experience in life cycle logistics.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Life-Cycle Logistics Acquisitions.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification from Association for Talent Development or instructor level training is also recommended.
  • Products within CBRN include the Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD), CBRN Dismounted Reconnaissance System (CBRN DRS), and other military related chemical detectors, sensors, and collectors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Life Cycle Logistics management of assigned programs within the Joint Program Manager Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (JPM CBRN) Integrated Early Warning (IEW) portfolio.
  • Develop, review, analyze, prepare, and/or update studies, analyses, and program documentation in areas including Product Support Management, Supply Support, Sustaining Engineering, Maintenance Planning & Management, Design Interface, Support Equipment, Manpower & Personnel, Information Technology Systems Continuous Support, Facilities and Infrastructure, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation, Technical Data, and Training & Training Support.
  • Provide support to the product/project office for the full life cycle management, through development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment, applying Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes involving life cycle logistics.
  • Monitor product supportability requirements in relation to the established program requirements for cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Assist in milestone planning and reviews by providing logistics input to technical briefing materials, documentation, and integrated master schedules.
  • Interface and coordinate product support efforts with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and resolve complex logistics issues.
  • Provide coordination and support at meetings by producing the agenda, preparing presentation materials and displays, and hosting/participating in the event as required.
  • Participate in Integrated Product teams (IPTs), Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs), Milestone Reviews, and any other applicable meeting to ensure logistics elements are addressed in the Material Solution (MS) Phase, Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction (TMRR) Phase, Engineering & Manufacturing (EMD) Phase, and Production & Deployment (P&D) Phase.
  • Assist/support creation and maintenance of type classification/material release and related documentation related to acquisition.
  • Be responsible for updating, creating, archiving program information on the Joint Acquisition CBRN Knowledge System (JACKS), assigned program shared drive, Microsoft Teams, and/or other repositories that the assigned program is using to store data.
  • Develop life cycle sustainment plans, fielding plans, logistics demonstration plans, technical manuals, training packages and other logistics related deliverables.
  • Manage, review, and comment on Prime contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
  • Support technical manual verification events and logistics demonstrations.
  • Coordinate all levels of total package fielding activities and events of JPM CBRN IEW portfolio of CBRN Equipment and material (i.e., Instructor/Key Personnel Training, training material development, lesson plans, programs of instruction, new material in briefs, new equipment training, and after-action reports).
  • Coordinate property inventories, transportation, and packaging of equipment.
  • Perform cataloging requirements of for both Standard and Non-Standard Equipment for the assigned programs.
  • Monitor data, enter data and conduct lateral transfer actions in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), and the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) as applicable to the assigned programs.
  • Conduct asset visibility analysis and generate property accountability reports in accordance with the appropriate regulations and policies pertaining to the management and control of Government-owned property.
  • Review and revise the Issue, loan, receipt, and turn-in documentation (i.e., DD Forms 250s, 2062s and 3161s) for property accountability.
  • Coordinate and dispose of non-mission capable equipment as applicable for assigned programs.
  • Operate government owned vehicles in performance of inventory control activities, movement/transport or delivery of materials or equipment as required.
  • Operate government owned forklifts in performance of inventory management/warehousing requirements of equipment as required.
  • Be able to use the Microsoft Suite of applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) to create and maintain documents and communications.
  • Have a valid US driver’s license.
