About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong motion design and/or 3D skills (e.g. After Effects, Blender, etc.) and the ability to bring assets to life.
  • Experience working with website CMS design tools.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale design initiatives, including at least one end-to-end rebrand.
  • Experience scaling a brand design function, including building systems, raising standards, and growing team capability.
  • Having owned a brand at a company that went through significant growth or a major product evolution.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency or scale-up experience preferred, showcasing resilience and adaptability across diverse, fast-moving projects.
  • Fintech industry familiarity is beneficial; mobile and web UI understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own Gigs' rebrand strategy and set the creative direction for how the brand evolves across all channels, formats, and verticals.
  • Contribute high-quality executions, raising the bar for the whole team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure brand cohesion across every surface and touchpoint.
  • Own relationships with external agencies and freelancers, including briefing, feedback, and quality control.
  • Maintain and evolve Gigs' brand governance, setting the standards that keep internal teams and external partners shipping consistently.
  • Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language of a fast-growing generational scale-up.
  • Create templates and systems that let the team deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.
