About The Position

As a Staff IT Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving the success of our product portfolio by leading strategic initiatives from conception to launch for our products, platforms, or services. Leveraging your extensive experience in product management, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. You'll conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. With a keen understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape, you'll prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements that deliver maximum value to our users and drive business outcomes. As a senior leader in product management, you'll mentor and coach junior team members, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our products and the organization as a whole.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant and practical experience.
  • Experience with AI Tooling
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Product & Waterfall methodology.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Clarity, MS Projects, Jira, etc.).
  • Understanding of software/product development lifecycle.
  • Effective communication, able to present to senior leadership.
  • Value-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the overall product strategy and vision aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Lead the creation and prioritization of product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and delivery.
  • Serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify product innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices, working with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating go-to-market plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive a continuous improvement and innovation culture, gathering user feedback and insights to iterate on product features and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to product management team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Act as a passionate customer advocate, representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our products' value proposition and market position.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader organization.
  • Drive measurable business impact through product innovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion.
  • Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice.
