As the Staff IT Analyst III, you will lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, with specific focus on identity management, provisioning, and deprovisioning. You also will be developing potential options/approaches to improve business outcomes related to strategic business alignment initiatives. You will lead the development, reporting, and review of metrics to ensure they accurately represent the current state of relevant workflows while also ensuring the documentation of possible alternative processes with impact on KRIs, KPIs or Operational Metrics. Additionally, as the Staff IT Analyst III, you will identify and cater to the unique needs of IT and Business subject matter experts, to understand how best to serve their business needs through the management of identities, roles, and permissions across all relevant applications. A proclivity to drive innovation and process improvement is preferred. Lead large, complex projects with the expectation that business outcomes are handled with professionalism and completed in a manner that serves the department’s business alignment. Work to comprehensively understand how all Identity Access Management work connects to the defined project objectives, balancing competing deadlines and multiple overarching projects. Lead discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts needed to gather requirements and review artifacts, while working to resolve issues that impede progress. Leverage Risk Management experience from a large financial institution subject to heightened standards, specifically in risk, compliance, and corporate governance. The capture and upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, & Operational Metrics, as necessary.
