  • Oversee productivity improvement initiatives for larger processes or systems and apply methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Develop data-driven models to optimize manufacturing processes, improve resource allocation, and reduce variability within a value stream.
  • Use ergonomic tools and simulation models to redesign workstations across value streams.
  • Drive Lean transformations within a value stream, integrating tools such as Kanban and JIT.
  • Manage DFMA reviews across multiple projects or product lines; develop implementation standards and guidelines and drive improvements that reduce production complexity.
  • Develop facility layouts using CAD and simulation tools, integrating equipment, material handling, workforce needs, and safety requirements; model safety scenarios and mitigate risks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development and career growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in resolving systemic value-stream issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee consistent application of APQP tools, including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Packaging Design.
  • Lead communication efforts within a value stream to support alignment and transparency in decision-making.
