Staff High-Power Laser Assembly Development Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff High-Power Laser Assembly Development Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and industrialization of advanced assembly processes for high-power semiconductor laser products. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing robust assembly solutions for InP and GaAs-based laser technologies, driving products from concept through qualification and high-volume manufacturing. This position requires deep expertise in laser packaging and assembly, process development, automation, materials interactions, reliability, and production scaling. The role involves close collaboration with design, process, manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams to deliver industry-leading optical products.
