Requirements

  • 10+ years of design experience, with a significant portion in Growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition-focused creative roles.
  • Demonstrable experience working in an iterative, experimental environment where progress trumps perfection.
  • Deep, hands-on paid ads experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including understanding platform-specific creative dynamics, formats, placements, and audiences.
  • A growth team background is required, with an understanding of the test-learn-iterate loop and a proven ability to build and document artifacts and learnings that compound over time.
  • Process and problem-obsessed mindset, prioritizing learning from experiments over purely aesthetic outcomes.
  • Excitement for new technology and the ability to leverage it for systems of efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to synthesize insights, with a track record of capturing learnings in a structured way and proactively identifying opportunities to partner with marketing insights and user research.
  • Platform partner fluency, with experience partnering with representatives at Meta, Google, or TikTok and knowing how to extract value from these relationships.
  • Portfolio should not be primarily brand design, campaigns, editorial design, or visual design work without meaningful growth performance context.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid creative end-to-end with a learnings-first mindset. Design, ship, and iterate on paid social and display ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. The goal is to provide valuable insight that can inform the next experiment.
  • Build a living library of creative intelligence by capturing and documenting learnings in a way that compounds and can inform future work and decisions.
  • Drive deeper business impact through incremental, measurable performance, focusing on the balance between creative appeal and effectiveness.
  • Set the standard for growth creative at Superhuman, defining what good looks like and raising that bar as the team scales.
  • Own platform partnerships by building and maintaining strong working relationships with partners at Meta, Google, and TikTok to leverage their creative insights, emerging technology programs, and performance data.
  • Partner closely with Growth and Data teams to translate performance signals into creative direction, feed creative learnings back into broader channel and funnel strategy, and ensure data-literacy in results-driven work.
