About The Position

As a Staff Geostructural Engineer or Staff Structural Engineer, you will join GeoEngineers’ Construction Design team, which provides structural and geotechnical design expertise for below-grade structures and temporary works. You will develop engineering solutions for complex projects across the nation involving excavation support systems, cofferdams, deep foundations, ground improvement, retaining walls, dewatering, trestles, and other structures. You will work collaboratively with project teams and have opportunities to learn from and be mentored by geostructural and structural leaders. The role includes field exploration and construction observation, geostructural and structural analyses, preparation of reports and design materials, and coordination with project managers and senior engineers. Site visits and travel are required as needed. Employees must follow safety requirements, use appropriate field safety equipment, and complete required health and safety training. The estimated annual salary range is $73,000–$99,000 for Seattle, Washington, and $71,000–$96,000 for Tacoma, Washington. Compensation depends on individual factors, including education and experience, and internal equity. Eligible employees may receive an annual year-end bonus. Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid vacation and sick time, and paid holidays.
