Requirements

10+ YOE in Python and JavaScript.
Strong technical leadership experience, including architecting complex systems, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
Proactive and hands-on – takes initiative, figures things out, and keeps things moving.
Learns and adapts quickly – approaches problems with creativity and energy, is resourceful, adaptable and excited by tough challenges.
Customer-oriented – keeps the customer in mind and pushes for delightful experiences.
Collaborative – values transparency, good communication, and knows that the best outcomes come from working well with others.

Responsibilities

Build and lead across our tech stack - our SaaS product, data pipelines, AI agents, telemetry infrastructure, and more.
Set technical direction and make high-impact architectural decisions.
Brainstorm and shape product direction and tech strategy.
Work with clients, including pitching customers, designing features, and soliciting feedback.
Champion best practices, define and maintain standards, mentor engineers, and help build a high-performing team.
