About The Position

This role involves assisting in data analysis, extracting relevant information, and interpreting data to understand past performance and project future trends. The analyst will perform moderately complex statistical analyses using data from banking and financial systems, develop reports for forecasting and trend analysis, and utilize various software applications like spreadsheets, databases, statistical packages, and graphics software to manipulate and format data. The position also includes participation in projects and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, coursework in Finance or Accounting preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 to 2 years related analytical experience and/or system/database development experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Access
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
• Capable of multi-task and meeting strict deadlines
• Able to effectively work with employees at all levels
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Oracle SmartView and Financial Reporting experience preferred

Responsibilities
