Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional systems engineering experience OR Masters degree and 5+ years of professional systems engineering experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Project leadership experience.
• Experience in a new product development, service and/or aftermarket space.
• HVAC industry experience.
• Six Sigma Certification.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages several components of a complex project or all components of a smaller project.
• Works cross-functionally with the organization to effectively introduce and support the chillers through their life cycle.
• Provides technical support for activities including quality escapes, non-conformances, turnbacks, and production disruptions.
• Defines chiller system level requirements with minimal supervision.
• Ensures product changes adhere to design standards, are documented, validated, and released in accordance with company processes.
• Confirms product performance, capability, and reliability utilizing system modeling and applicable test methodologies.
• Travel up to 10%.
