This role involves designing and implementing AI-powered data solutions using Snowflake Cortex, building natural-language and conversational analytics, developing and optimizing Snowflake data models, integrating structured and unstructured data for GenAI use cases, implementing semantic search and RAG patterns, using SQL and Python for AI/ML workflows, enforcing data security and governance, collaborating with various teams, supporting POCs and pilots, and documenting solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered data solutions using Snowflake Cortex (LLM functions, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Document AI).
Build natural-language and conversational analytics (text-to-SQL, self-service BI) on Snowflake.
Develop and optimize Snowflake data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready structures.
Integrate structured and unstructured data (documents, text, logs) for GenAI use cases.
Implement semantic search, vector/RAG patterns, and AI agents within Snowflake’s governed environment.
Use SQL and Python (Snowpark) to operationalize AI/ML workflows.
Enforce data security, governance, RBAC, and compliance for AI-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with business, data, and AI teams to translate requirements into production solutions.
Support POCs, pilots, and enterprise rollouts of Snowflake Cortex capabilities.
Document solutions and provide guidance on responsible and secure use of GenAI within Snowflake.
