You will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing network infrastructure across our global enterprise including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and corporate offices. You’ll play a critical role in advancing network security, monitoring, and compliance strategies while collaborating with multiple functional teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Deep experience with enterprise network design and security technologies.
  • Proven hands-on experience with network infrastructure in global manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IP schemes, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise networks including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and wireless.
  • Manage and secure network infrastructure using tools like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, and Aruba ClearPass.
  • Establish and enforce security protocols, business continuity plans, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on new technology evaluations and deployment.
  • Maintain up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and SOPs.
  • Lead efforts in capacity planning, network optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Support audit, compliance, and monitoring processes to ensure secure operations.
  • Align network security strategies with evolving cloud and hybrid infrastructure needs.
  • Contribute to project planning including pitch decks, funding requests, and case studies.
