Staff Development Coordinator (RN) – Full-time at Greenfield, MA. Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility, an affiliate of Integritus Healthcare, has been caring for area families since 1987, providing top-quality skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and specialized memory care. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services
- Coordinates orientation for all new hire employees
- Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/requirements
- Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives
- Performs other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator
