Requirements

Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to organize educational programs and track training requirements
Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
Participation in the nurse leadership team's on-call phone rotation

Nice To Haves

Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
