Staff Development Coordinator ~ Extended Care
About The Position
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to join our I CARE team in the Long Term Care setting. This is a Full Time position with hours per two-week pay-period of 70. The starting wage is $29.00 per hour, aligned with internal pay structure and experience. The role is essential to the continuum of care within the Extended Care Facility (ECF) team. Sidney Health Center is a not-for-profit community-based medical center with over 100 years of service, known for providing 'Exceptional Care for Life' and offering services rarely found in like-size communities. The organization has been recognized as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital and a Five Star Hospital and Nursing Home.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 1 year health care experience
