Requirements

  • Expertise in agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems.
  • Skilled in open-ended problem spaces with evolving requirements.

  • Skilled in working across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into practical outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset focused on shipping, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise working on agent workflows, orchestration layers, and evaluation processes.
  • Expertise with protocol-driven systems (e.g., MCP or similar).
  • Strong track record of building solutions quickly and iterating based on real feedback.
