About The Position

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will help design, prototype, build, deploy, and improve next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation into cohesive, adaptive platforms. Your mission is to build production grade software that solves complex business and technical problems in the growth tech space. You will focus on developing real world solutions using agentic coding tools and frameworks. Our team operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI systems, and rapid experimentation. We build platforms that enable intelligent automation at scale, ranging from agent orchestration to customer-facing AI systems. We emphasize iteration speed, practical impact, and systems that learn from usage. The work often involves ambiguous problem spaces where we define patterns as we build them.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in using Agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems.
  • Skilled in open-ended problem spaces with evolving requirements
  • Skilled in working with structured data, workflows, or technical tools, with an emphasis on building high quality, scalable solutions.
  • Strong ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into practical outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and improving systems continuously.
