We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Data Governance Adminisrator to lead the evolution of our GTM data standards and operational rigor. Residing within Revenue Operations, this role is the cornerstone of data integrity and reliability across Salesforce and our comprehensive revenue technology stack. In this highly cross-functional capacity, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics to architect governance frameworks and implement scalable controls. You will be responsible for ensuring process consistency and reporting precision to empower superior executive visibility. The ideal candidate will balance strategic foresight with tactical execution, thriving in a mission-driven environment focused on operational excellence. This is a senior individual contributor role that sits within Revenue Operations and serves as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems teams. You will own and optimize the systems and workflows that support our revenue engine, with a strong focus on Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically. They thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business problems, and have a track record of building scalable systems that enable growth.
