About The Position

The Staff, Corporate Services is a multitasking individual that provides general administrative, database, and special events support. This role serves as the primary point of contact at the Corporate Services/Mailroom service window, providing exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors. The position involves receiving, sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and overnight deliveries. It also includes assisting employees with package pickup, mail distribution, and shipping requests, ensuring timely and accurate service. A key responsibility is lifting, moving, and transporting packages and office supplies weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the facility, making multiple daily trips and retrieving/delivering packages between floors. The role also entails maintaining inventory of mailroom and office supplies, monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing secure storage areas. Operating shipping and mail processing equipment, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve inquiries are also part of the duties. The Staff, Corporate Services/Mailroom must maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom environment and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience
  • 0+ Years of experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and making frequent trips throughout the building during the workday.
  • Reliable attendance is required, as this position is 100% on-site and supports daily business operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

  • Experience with mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Responsibilities
