About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Corporate Security Engineer to build and maintain trusted operational partnerships with IT leadership and infrastructure teams to drive shared priorities, joint backlog execution, and aligned security practices. This role involves developing deep operational fluency and managing core workflows across the Corporate Security tool stack. The engineer will be responsible for reducing material corporate security risks across endpoint protection, identity hardening, data exposure, and phishing defense. A key aspect of this role is establishing a scalable and measurable Corporate Security operating model, standardizing processes for intake, alert triage, incident escalation, exception tracking, and leadership reporting. Additionally, the engineer will develop and tune high-confidence alerting mechanisms and automation to reduce noise, close visibility gaps, and optimize incident response efficiency. The role includes conducting threat hunting, vulnerability reviews, and security assessments while producing meaningful metrics, scorecards, and recommendations for executive leadership. The engineer will lead the application of security principles and guide the development of long-term infrastructure strategy, alignment, and shared decision-making with IT partners. Designing and operating repeatable cadences for security reporting, risk tracking, and continuous process improvement to maintain scalable security operations is also a core responsibility. Overseeing strategically significant projects and global initiatives to achieve milestones in threat detection and incident response is expected. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently is crucial.
