About The Position
Provides a ministry of spiritual and pastoral care and counseling with patients, families, and staff in crises of illness and/or trauma. Provides resources of spirituality and/or religious faith that will enhance the total program of treatment and care. Participates as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Board Certified Chaplain - Association of Professional Chaplains (APC)
- Relevant Work Experience
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Master's degree (Required)

Responsibilities
- Provides spiritual and pastoral care with patients, families, staff, and faculty.
- Provides or facilitates requests for sacramental ministry.
- Actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Support the emotional wellness of employees through routine engagement and spiritual and emotional debriefing after crisis and high stress times.
- Acts as Liaison to community clergy and congregations.
- Contributes to the organization by actively participating in process improvement initiatives and shared decision making.
